2. Description of Service

PlaylistLookup provides access to a database of Spotify playlist curator contact information. We collect publicly available information from Spotify playlist descriptions and make it searchable for independent artists.

We do NOT guarantee playlist placements. We provide contact information only.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to access our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your password.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited searches. No credit card required for trial.

4.2 Paid Subscription

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell or redistribute our data to third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape our database
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
• Spam playlist curators with unsolicited bulk emails
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data Accuracy and Updates

We update our database daily, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Playlist curator information may change. Contact information is sourced from public Spotify data.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We provide contact information only. We do NOT guarantee:

• Playlist placements
• Response rates from curators
• Spotify streams or followers
• Any specific outcomes from using our service

Your success depends on your music quality, outreach approach, and curator preferences.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PlaylistLookup, including design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright law. Our database is compiled through our proprietary methods. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and integrate with Spotify's API. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PlaylistLookup SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlaylistLookup from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nijmegen, Netherlands.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
